We're a local towing and roadside rescue company that's been rolling trucks across Edmonton since 2014 — not a call centre that dispatches whoever's cheapest that day. When you call, we move you, fast.
Our story
Parker Tow & GO started with a simple frustration: too many Edmonton drivers were stuck waiting on tow companies that treated every call like a number in a queue. We built this company to run the opposite way — local dispatch, drivers who know the city's streets and winters, and a flatbed-first standard that treats your vehicle like we'd want ours treated.
Over 12+ years we've grown from a couple of trucks to a fleet that covers Edmonton and the surrounding communities around the clock, added a licensed private property towing program for condo boards and property managers, and built direct billing relationships with most major insurers. What hasn't changed is the part that matters: a real person answers when you call, and a truck that's actually close gets sent.
